Constitution

1. The name of the Society shall be “The Vascular Society”.

2. The Company's registered office is to be situated in England.

3. The objects for which the Company is established are to relieve sickness and to preserve, promote and protect health of the public in Great Britain, Ireland and the world in particular by advancing for the public benefit, the science and art of, and research into the treatment of vascular disorders; and promoting or conducting or causing to be carried out or fund all types of research relevant to vascular disease and the dissemination of the results thereof.
