I trained in General and Vascular Surgery in NE Thames. Appointed consultant to UCL Hospitals in 2006, transferring to Royal Free in 2012. I lead the RFH/NCL Aortic program. I am also the leading spinal vascular access surgeon supporting services and colleagues at RNOH Stanmore and GOSH. My research-based higher degree on venous disease led to Master of Surgery (UCL), Honorary Senior Lecturer, now Associate Professor at UCL. With UCL Engineering, we research and publish on multi-scale computational modeling of vascular disease with a focus on aortic disease, dissections, and atherosclerosis.
